Privacy is the most common question we receive, so here is how to arrange it.
When you book, you can ask us about:
- A private or more discreet area for services that need your hijab removed
- Having the service carried out by a female stylist, subject to availability

- Which parts of your chosen service can be done with your hijab on or partly on
When your hijab needs to come off: Hair services such as cutting, colouring, rebonding and treatments usually require your hair to be uncovered. Facials may need your hair kept back and your neckline accessible. Tell us in advance which services you are considering, and we will explain exactly what each involves so you can decide what feels right.
Arrangements depend on staff availability on the day, so please confirm directly before your visit.

I had such a lovely experience here! Prince did my hair and I absolutely loved how it turned out. He was so friendly, patient, and really understood what I wanted. Had a really great experience at this salon! My partner had both her hair appointments done here, and we were genuinely impressed with the service from start to finish.
A special shoutout to Adam, who did an awesome job! He was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand what my partner wanted. The final result turned out amazing, and you can tell Adam genuinely takes pride in his work.

I had an excellent experience with my grey blending service! The colour turned out exactly the way I wanted—natural, soft and beautifully blended. The stylist took the time to understand what I was looking for and paid great attention to detail throughout the whole process. I’m really happy with the result, and my hair looks fresh, natural and vibrant without looking overly coloured. The service was professional, comfortable and exceeded my expectations.
